Turnaround

Our standard turnaround time is 5-10 business days + shipping time. Turnaround time is approximate, is not guaranteed. The process starts when a deposit or full amount is paid for and we have all the necessary information to complete your job. Complicated designs or orders with extra add-ons may increase turnaround time. Add at least 3 additional days for interior printed tags. If there are any hard deadlines for your order, you must let us know when placing your order and a rush fee may apply. Taking longer than 24 hours to approve your digital proofs may delay your order. Any circumstances out of Clothwerkz control (ie: weather delays, shipping errors by the supplier, etc.) may also require more time and are not factored into the initial turn around time estimate.

For screen printed items our minimum order starts at 24pcs. DTG(DirectTo Garment) Start at 1-100pcs

Under-Runs & Spoilage

All orders can have up to 5% under run. Some shirts could be damaged during printing or come damaged during the manufacturing process. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that you will receive 100% of the garments in your order. We strongly recommend ordering extras blanks as a safety net.

Claims & Reprints

ARTWORK

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all art proofs are correct in all areas. Please be sure to double-check spelling, grammar, layout and design before approving any artwork. If a proof containing errors is approved by the client, the client is responsible for payment of all original costs of printing (screens, setup charges, any substrates), including corrections and reprints. The client is 100% responsible for approvals of Copyright, Trademark and Licensing Agreements of artwork. Customer’s signature on artwork approval is contractually binding for payment of all services rendered. All artwork must be approved by the client with an authorized signature or email confirmation.

Rush Orders

Jobs that need to be completed in less than 5 business days after the final approval of your art and are subject to a 50% addition to your total. We suggest calling ahead first to make sure we are able to handle it. When supplying your own garments make sure all are accounted for and none are damaged.

Orders between 3 – 4 days add 50% on top of the original cost.
Orders between 1 – 2 days add 100% on top of the original cost.

Customer Supplied Garments

You may want to contact us before bringing in your own blanks. We have extensive experience with many of the blank currently offered on the market.We cannot be held responsible for misprints or flawed printing onto garments that you have supplied to us.

Colour Change Fee

$40.00/ colour
